Parking is easy.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking is only permitted on back patio/in backyard. $250 indoor smoking fee. Smoking/vaping detectors present & active.

• There are security cameras outside. No cameras are inside.

• Keyless entry is easy and you will be provided with a private entrance code for the duration of your stay.

• There are chickens 50 feet behind the unit that are secured in a chicken coop for guests to observe and not interact with.
